62Feeling bloated? Need a good internal cleanse? A good internal colon cleanse? Sounds disgusting, but if you only knew how much waste is just sitting in your colon you might think twice about an internal cleanse.
Many people eat horribly. Are you one of them? Too much caffeine, white flour, sugar, deep fried food, aspartame, and microwave cooked food is filled with toxins that accumulate in your colon. Your colon is suppose to eliminate waste material and bacteria from your system, but the more unhealthy foods you put in your system, the harder it is for your colon to function.

Try to avoid eating a lot of meat and dairy products as possible. Instead, try eating fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
There are also good herbal supplements to help give you a good internal cleanse. Eat and take a lot of garlic or fennel, they purify the colon of bacteria as well as help kill harmful bacteria. They also prevent gas formation.
And remember, a dietary supplement is only good for you if you eat a healthy diet. If you don’t eat healthy, these supplements will be rendered useless.
